The R.M.A. Solar Foil System is a revolutionary new gutter lining and roofing system. It utilises a reinforced liquid rubber material laminated to a unique foil faced film of immense tensile strength that can be folded and cold bonded 'origami' style to form a gutter liner that has no bolt protrusions or straps to break down and leak. The liner also has the advantage of being fully cold bonded to the sides of the gutter, which has the obvious advantage of not allowing condensation to drip behind the liner which is a common oversight in the design and installation of other gutter lining products.

Many modern buildings suffer from premature gutter corrosion some only 3 years old.
Application of composite laminates
Our system is designed to completely isolate the water from the metal surface, unlike many ‘off the shelf’ gutter lining products we fully address the corrosion issue before installing our lining system.
It is also fully bonded to the prepared surface so there is no chance of condensation forming under the suspended liner that is always the case with other products.
Below we illustrate one of the many cases where we have been called in to sort out the work of other ‘guttering experts’ have carried out. It is often the case that the client has paid the same sort of figure that we would charge to do the job properly.
One size does not fit all
Due to the multitude of shapes and sizes of industrial gutters there is no one system that can solve all problems. This is why we also formulate semi-liquid based composites that can be brush applied to form the reinforced membrane system around any awkward shape where a lining system could fail. The first photograph below is one such case, due to the support straps and the multi-angled design of the building the gutter obviously followed the building profile, a liner would not be suitable for this type of application. The second photograph is where a liner is suitable.
Due to the versatility of our systems we can effectively waterproof any shaped building in existence. Also where access is difficult and disruptive so a once only application is the only solution.
